Key Responsibilities



Assist in sourcing and evaluating international suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.

Support the preparation of purchase orders and follow up on approvals and supplier confirmations.

Coordinate the preparation and collection of import documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).

Track international shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.

Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely and compliant import clearance.

Assist in monitoring supplier performance and maintaining supplier databases.

Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and international trade regulations.

Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems for audits and reporting.

Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end procurement processes.
