As a Purchasing Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the purchasing activities of the organization. This includes sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.   • Continuously analyze production needs
  • Prepare purchasing worksheets
  • Analyze buy-out reports and place orders accordingly
  • Update buy-outs safety stock monthly
  • Ensure procurement of raw materials, packaging, and labeling meets production needs
  • Evaluate supplier quality and maintain relationships
  • Conduct price negotiations and supplier evaluations
