Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Buyers in daily procurement, sourcing, and administrative activities.
  • Generate and maintain the weekly Vendor Non-Fulfilment Report, including updating vendors' delivery status.
  • Follow up with vendors on outstanding Purchase Orders and monitor delivery progress to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on sample collection, return, and user viewing, where required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on purchasing matters and delivery status.
  • Conduct vendor satisfaction surveys and compile the survey results for analysis.
  • Perform purchasing administrative duties in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and supervisors' instructions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to speak and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English.
