Position Overview

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support day-to-day procurement and order administration for a Contract position based in Bloomfield, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple workflows accurately, keep purchasing records current, and coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain timely order processing. The successful candidate will help ensure materials, data, and supporting documentation are organized, updated, and aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Prepare and maintain purchase orders, work orders, and transfer orders to support ongoing business needs.
