Position Overview
Responsibilities: -Understand company products. -Prepare and issue purchase order to satisfy all company's demands on materials, equipment, commodities, and services -Monitor material incoming schedule & make necessary delivery arrangement to ensure sufficient supply. -Manage warehouse operation ensuring accurate materials, supplies and equipment are shipped. -Handle samples and daily procurement operation tasks. -Liaise with other department colleagues (where necessary). -Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: -Minimum Diploma and above -Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role. -Familiarity with logistics or manufacturing environment is a plus -Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)
