Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Indirect purchasing for all commodities for UAE KSA and Oman 
Supports daily activities and special projects 
Provides seamless supply chain coordination with suppliers and internal business partners 
Ensures project timeline is met and keeps the stakeholders involved / updated 
Participates in supplier meetings and takes meeting notes and derives project plan 
Prepares the purchasing documents quotation PSM SM process and final work on approval 
Requests quotations from service providers 
Follows the tender / RFQ process in line with the iBuy policy on indirect purchasing 
Market research and source new suppliers if needed 
Ensures documentation of purchase orders and contracts in line with the internal audit requirements 
Other activities relevant to the purchasing area as addressed by the purchasing supervisor
