Coaches Direct Buyers, Buyer Supervisors and MRO Indirect Buyers track the status of the new items quotes with GP, updates parameters for all new and existing items and guaranties buyers’ activities and responsibilities are done in a timely manner.
Principal Duties - Manages the continuous communication with Global Purchasing to have the prices in a timing manner.
- Assure general procurement escalation for prices available to meet our supplier’s lead time and production schedule.
- Updates parameters for new items and run material audits according to the health report.
- Ensures all materials are on time and available for production.
- Leads projects to reduce shortages in assembly lines.
- Establishes and tracks Buyers activities, objectives and responsibilities in a proper manner.
- Develops and monitoring vendor performance.
- Direct Supervise of Buyer Supervisors & MRO Buyers.
