Develop and implement procurement and purchasing strategies in line with the Company's operational and business objectives.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
Procure food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and other operational requirements for all restaurant outlets and Head Office.
