Position Overview
Job Description
- To manage procurement for raw materials, parts, and indirect materials to support production requirements. - To coordinate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delivery-related issues. - To prepare and process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders while maintaining accurate procurement records. - To monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery, and follow up on corrective actions when necessary. - To negotiate pricing, lead time, and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective procurement. - To coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Logistics for a smooth process. - To manage procurement-related documents, including quotations, invoices, shipping, and supplier certifications. - To analyze purchasing data and reports on delivery performance, procurement costs, and supplier performance. - To support continuous improv...
