Job Duties

• Monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications
• Perform inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
• Conduct product research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential buyers and suppliers
• Ensure purchases stay within budget and validate invoices with accounts payable
• Respond to customer service inquiries and clarify requirements and provide information as needed
• Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or orders that have been scheduled
• Ensure all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner
