Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Source and purchase FMCG/CPG products at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards. 
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers and distributors. 
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability while minimising excess inventory. 
Forecast purchasing requirements based on sales trends and vessel demand. 
Manage the complete procurement cycle from purchase order issuance through to final delivery onboard vessels. 
Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics providers, transport teams, and ship agents to ensure timely deliveries. 
Monitor vessel schedules and adjust procurement and logistics plans to meet operational timelines. 
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and cost efficiency. 
Resolve supply shortages, delivery issues, and urgent procurement requirements promptly.
