Job Description

• Sourcing, canvassing, procurement and delivery of materials, supplies, tools equipment and services that are required for the operation of the company.
• Sources and qualifies reliable suppliers and contractors who can provide the required resources (materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies and services) at competitive cost, delivery and payment terms; recommends for their accreditation to the Management.
• Evaluates received approved requisition from end users and ensures correctness/ completeness of the specifications, quantity and delivery requirement;
• Prepares and sends request for quotations to accredited/ qualified suppliers/ contractors. Reviews and evaluates quotations, submits order placement recommendations and generates Purchase Orders for approval. Ensures PR to PO cycle time goal is met.
