Position Overview

Job Scope / Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedule and order status.
  • Assist sales team to prepare quotations for customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Check and update purchase, sales and delivery records.
  • Assist in arranging shipment / delivery when required.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents such as quotations, PO, invoices and delivery orders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
