With a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related business course.
With at least 2 years’ experience in purchasing – sourcing, vendor relations, negotiations, facilitation of item pick-up, filing and admin works, document management.
Must have experience in IMPEX (import-export of goods), and proven network of freight forwarders/customs brokers.
Preferably from engineering/construction industries – able to understand steel, aggregate, structural/civil/architectural/plumbing/electrical works specifications.
Preferably with a wide network of contractors – general, specialized, etc.
With a valid driver’s license.
Very technologically-savvy: Whatsapp, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Excel, Google Calendar.
With confident personality and able to communicate with all types of personalities.
Very cost conscious and creative with negotiations.
