Position Summary

Reviews quotes and supplies in time and quality all indirect, fixed asset, service, and maintenance requirements for all departments; ensuring and following auditable procedures and establishing the lowest total cost of acquisition.

Essential Functions

• Negotiates, contract and coordinates, operation supplies, Capital projects, building requirements and all services for the company.
• Indirect material purchases through contracts, open purchase orders, masters, etc.
• Negotiates national and international contracts for indirect material and services, solving receipt and invoicing problems.
• Expedites urgent materials.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
• +4 years of experience.

Requirements

• Supply Chain INCOTERMS knowledge.
