Core Responsibilities - Support the Business Services Operations (BSO) performance management reviews and take initiative in areas of problem solving.
- Support execution of Supplier Onboarding, PO processes, purchase requests and ServiceNow tickets in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Deliver a high-quality level of service to complex customer queries.
