This is a full-time, permanent role and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne

• Drive the coordination and management of all resources across the bid lifecycle – EOI, tendering, interview preparation and debriefs to deliver high-quality, large and complex submissions.
• Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders and SMEs to translate complex technical offerings into clear value propositions, persuasive messaging and compelling tender, proposal and capability content, starting at the early stages of pursuit and capture planning to help shape winning themes and strategies.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight timeframes, applying exceptional time management, project planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
