Manage and sustain PVD sputtering processes in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of thin‑film (CVD & PVD) processes and tools is an added advantage.
Perform analysis and characterization of processes and equipment systems to maintain and control process parameters through SPC/FDC.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process robustness, reliability, and productivity.
Collaborate with module process owners and Fab quality engineers to achieve robust process control through SPC, CLM, FMEA, 8D methodology, defectivity sampling, wafer fab yield improvement projects, and test wafer management.
Work with process/equipment owners to set up and maintain/improve Statistical Process Control (SPC) KPIs (OOC, Drift, CpK, control limit management). Maximize detection rate with the lowest noise on SPC control.
