Responsibilities

• Own the full testing strategy across every phase of the SmartCall cloud migration
• Define the tooling stack, coverage tiers, and automation architecture within the overall strategy
• Establish the Phase 1 characterization test baseline to safeguard existing behavior
• Coordinate load testing and penetration testing activities during Phases 5-6
• Drive production cutover sign-off for the institution-by-institution rollout
