As a QA Assistant, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting production and quality assurance teams. + Assist QC Inspectors and management with routine quality control tasks

+ Perform pre- and post-operational sanitation inspections
+ Take protein swabs of production lines to ensure quality standards
