Responsibilities
Participating in new project launches for the plants.Supporting Product Safety Audit (PSA) activities and procedures with team members.Attending Daily Shop Floor Management Meetings and Department Functional Meetings to ensure the timely escalation of issues.Controlling inventory of measurement devices.Setting a schedule of calibration.Performing in-house calibration.Recalling measurement and inspection devices for calibration.Reviewing calibration results under the acceptance criteria of each device particularly.Contacting and selecting outside service providers for calibration service.Maintaining calibration and verification records.
