Position Overview


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in QA Engineer within a Manufacturing environment.

  • Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

  • Proficient in using mechanical and electrical measuring instruments such as vernier, Micro meter, Profile project, Height gauge and etc.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Able to communicate in English.


  • Control, design, and develop the quality assurance system in the process and pre-delivery stages to the customer

  • Control and monitor non-conforming products, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence

  • Design and manage training, and provide engineering knowledge to the team

  • Control and collaborate in the development of quality systems with suppliers, and lead supplier audits
