Report directly to the Project QAM and assist on all QA/QC activities in project implementation
Maintain and implement quality program for project activities to meet quality objectives and goals
Review technical drawings, finalize baseline of documents and drawings to certify the correct set for product fabrication or amendment
Conduct incoming inspection reports for COTS items or any items that first arrive in the company, ensuring quality products are received before assembly starts
Provide in-process inspection at vendors’ sites during manufacturing, performing sampling checks and stopping production if non-conformance is observed
Conduct metalwork installation inspection on sites to ensure workmanship conforms to SS638 standards and customer requirements
