Job Scope - Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS)
- Handle QA documentation control (SOPs, manuals, reports)
- Ensure compliance with GMP / PIC/S / ICH / ASEAN / FDA guidelines
- Manage change control, deviations, CAPA and investigations
- Handle customer complaints, product recalls, and returns
- Support validation, stability programs, and packaging artwork review
Requirements - Min. Degree in Pharmaceutical Science / Engineering / related field
- Min. 2–5 years QA experience in pharma / manufacturing / medical devices
- Knowledge of QMS, cGMP, audits, CAPA, and validation
