Position Overview

Job Description

  • Assist to ensure compliance of Lab QA/QC procedures as per SGS Global QA System requirements and MS ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
  • Assist to ensure and enhance the management and implementation of Quality Management System in the laboratory.
  • Assist to ensure Quality Manual, Procedures, SOPs, WIs, etc. are appropriately documented and implemented.
  • Assist in communicating and follow up with local authorities for various accreditations and certifications.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance of laboratory to QA/QC procedures as per MS ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
  • Coordinate, handle and support external audits (eg. audits from authorities, customers, etc.)
  • Coordinate Proficiency Test / Inter-Laboratory Comparison activities to ensure Laboratory’s competency.
  • Coordinate with Labs for communication improvement, e.g. regular meetings, TEAMS call with branches, etc
