Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
  • Support food tasting sessions and help monitor key control points in production.
  • Help with safety and hygiene inspections in the central kitchen and outlets.
  • Assist in keeping records for food safety, halal, and workplace safety .
  • Support the team during internal and external audits .
  • Join in food incident investigations and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in coordinating the monthly pest control program .
  • Learn and help with microbiological testing (food samples, environment, hand swabs).
  • Provide general admin support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Pursuing tertiary education in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Meticulous, organized, and independent.
