Job Description

The R&D and QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing product research and development, ensuring the consistent quality and safety of all baked goods. This role leads the creation and improvement of bakery products while establishing and maintaining quality assurance and control systems to comply with food safety standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product research and development.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and safety of baked goods.
• Lead recipe formulation, product testing, and shelf‑life analysis.
• Maintain quality assurance and control systems, implementing HACCP, GMP and food safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, reporting, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead and develop a QA/QC team, exercising strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
