About the Role

TechnoMile is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the testing practice across TechnoMile's React-based Growth and Contracts platform and our SIMS product suite. This is a player-coach role: you will lead and grow a distributed QA team in India spanning both product lines, while remaining hands-on with automation strategy, toolchain execution, and day-to-day quality operations. 

You will drive the day-to-day execution of TechnoMile's automation-first, AI-augmented quality engineering practice across both organizations. This includes both AI-assisted QA workflows and dedicated testing of AI-embedded features within our applications - validating model outputs, AI-driven recommendations, and intelligent automation components as first-class testing concerns.
