Responsibilities:
β’ Manual testing of CRM campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and user journeys;
β’ Verifying segmentation logic, triggers, and communication flows;
β’ Testing email / push / SMS campaigns before launch;
β’ Identifying bugs, logical errors, and UX issues;
β’ Writing test cases and checklists;
