Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the QA team.
Review quality defects, non-conformance reports, and Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments.
Conduct SOP compliance audits and monitor adherence to quality procedures and work instructions.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Provide guidance, training, and support to QA Inspectors and team members.
Prepare quality reports and communicate quality concerns to management.
