Act as the central coordination point for Test Management practices, fostering alignment and reuse of proven approaches across the different vertical areas.
Define and standardize quality metrics, KPIs and reporting, enabling transparency, comparability and data driven decision making.
Drive alignment of testing and test automation practices and tooling, favoring enablement models (e.g. shared baselines, self‑service approaches) over purely top‑down enforcement, while balancing standardization with context‑specific needs.
