Position Overview

Preparing and implementing Project Quality plan 
Setting-up establishing and monitoring all project QA QC 
Implementing project procedures and PQP on approval by the Client 
Reviewing Method Statements, preparing corresponding Inspection amp Test Plans and checklists forms and obtaining approval from Client as required 
Planning and allocating various QA QC activities to team members 
Orientating training staff, workmen and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements 
Coordinating with the site team for effective implementation of the approved PQP 
Coordinating with subcontractors for implementation applicable parts of the PQP 
Identifying, calibrating, reviewing and maintaining a list of testing and measuring equipment 
Identifying testing laboratories and obtaining approvals
