Qualifications

• Leadership Skills – Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant industry certifications and qualifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a QA/QC Engineer role.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries.
• Proven experience in the UAE and Dubai Municipality projects.
