Position Overview

            Responsibilities Carry out site inspections for mechanical works HVAC ductwork piping plumbing against approved drawings, ITPs and specifications. 
Inspect incoming mechanical materials against approved material submittals. 
Maintain inspection records, checklists and photographic documentation for all inspections. 
Report non-conformances to the QA QC Engineer for NCR issuance. 
Witness and record results of pressure tests, duct leakage tests and other site tests. 
Monitor subcontractor quality compliance and report observations to the QAQC Engineer. 
Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 
4–8 years of quality inspection experience in MEP/mechanical construction in the UAE. 
Good knowledge of HVAC and plumbing system installation and testing methods.
