**Position Summary**

Responsible for overseeing the overall implementation of quality control plans, ensuring the quality of the work meets the project’s contractual requirements. Manages and coordinates all quality activities at the project site.

**Position Details**

+ Develops, maintains and communicates QA/QC standards for the project.
+ Reviews project specifications for code compliance and constructability within industry standards.
+ Conducts and manages field observations of MEP systems to determine compliance with approved plans, specifications, and other contract documents.​
+ Prepares for periodic quality control reports for the management team.​
+ Recognizes and actively engages in the development of solutions to correct deficiencies in the project. Identifies and directs corrective actions as appropriate.​ ​
