China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring a QAQC Manager for major civil and infrastructure project.
Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), quality procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements.
- Manage all QA/QC activities for roads, highways, underpasses, bridges, earthworks, asphalt and pavement works, utility networks (stormwater, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, TSE), utility structures, and associated civil infrastructure.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and UAE authority standards.
- Lead and supervise QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, laboratory personnel, and quality documentation teams.
