Position Summary

To lead, plan, and manage the overall Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) operations. This role ensures that all stretch film products (such as hand rolls, machine rolls, jumbo rolls, or coreless stretch films) meet client technical specifications, packaging industry standards, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Product & Process Quality Control (QC) Monitor Physical Specifications: Ensure precise film thickness (gauge control), roll width, weight, and film profile uniformity across the cast or blown extrusion lines.
• Defect Troubleshooting & CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) Minimize Film Defects: Actively detect and resolve extrusion defects such as gel spots, die lines, wrinkles/baggy edges, gauge bands, and winding issues (telescoping, uneven tension).
