The QC Inspector performs dimensional and visual inspections across all quality checkpoints including receiving, first piece, in-process and final inspections. The role ensures that products conform to engineering drawings, process sheets and customer requirements. Senior QC Inspectors are additionally responsible for guiding junior inspectors, interpreting GD&T independently, operating CMM systems and supporting documentation or measurement equipment management. Both roles are essential to maintaining production quality and traceability in accordance with AS9100 and company procedures.

• Inspection Operations
  • Perform Receiving, First-Piece, In-process and Final Inspections as required.
• Verification of Incoming Material & Subcontracted Goods
  • Perform required dimensional & visual inspections, verification of vendors reports (includes mill and surface treatment certificate) and quantity checks.
