TheQC Laboratory Analystis responsible for conducting routine physical and chemical analyses in conformance to standard methods and/or laboratory developed test methods, while maintaining a clean, orderly and safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine analyses of physical and chemical test parameters on submitted food samples
• Utilize a wide variety of laboratory equipment including moisture analyzer, water active meter, viscometer, etc. to test for submitted food samples
• Ensures credibility and accuracy of results through quality control checks
• Conducts physico-chemical testing analysis on submitted Raw Materials for batch trial products, products with customer complaints and RM MSS Samples necessary for material qualification...
