Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering
2. Proficiency in English, Russian Languages (Speaking, Writing)
4. Good Experience, reading P&IDs and other plant plot diagrams.
5. Good Experience in QA/QC inspections and documentation management
Duties:
1. Perform environmental compliance inspections at an oil refinery using air monitoring equipment, and data collectors.
2. Supervise and perform Methane Emission management inspection, monitoring, and testing.
3. Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspections using a flame ionization detector (FID).
4. Manage Project Methane Measurement database in line to OMGP2 requirements.
5. Maintain identification of LDAR components and piping and instrument diagrams.
