An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Control professional to join a growing, internationally recognised pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. As QC Team Leader, you will provide both technical and people leadership, ensuring the efficient operation of the laboratory and supporting the delivery of high-quality products to global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of QC analysts, driving engagement and performance.
Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure timely completion and approval of testing activities across raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability studies, and validation samples.
