PRIME FUNCTION
1 Lead the Quality Management Department to manage food safety risks and to ensure raws/packaging and all products produced at Singapore Plant (VIS) and OEM factories for Singaporean and Export markets shall comply to the food safty standards and comply to regulatory for local and export markets.
2 Ascertain and enhance the Food Safety and Quality System to be implemented effectively and efficiently in Hong Kong Plant from raw material control through process control, product release control, and sales and distribution.
MAIN DUTIES
1 Lead the Quality Management Department to execute the total quality management functions and to drive the total quality culture in Vitasoy Singapore Operations (VIS).
2 Develop technical competence in the areas of quality system audit, CIP/cleaning program and processing validations, as well as lab management in microbial and chemical analysis.
