JOB TITLE: SALES GROWTH EXECUTIVE
Job Purpose
Responsible for defining and driving QSSK’s sales growth strategy, focusing on revenue generation, market expansion, and business development. Works closely with the Head of Sales to identify new opportunities, build a resilient sales pipeline, forge strategic partnerships, and expand market share in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with QSSG’s mission and vision.Identify new market opportunities and establish market entry strategies.Lead initiatives to maximize revenue, diversify services, and expand the customer base. Business Development & Sales Leadership Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.Design client acquisition and retention strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
