We are currently seeking an energetic experienced Carpenter and/or Handy person to join an already successful team. You will be required to perform maintenance and minor renovation work on ACT Government properties. The works required are largely diverse and would take well to someone who enjoys all aspects of carpentry/maintenance work rather than repetitive large projects.

Duties and responsibilities: Perform day-to-day general maintenance duties Restoring and/or replacing pergolas, eaves, decks, doors etc End of lease property maintenance Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls Demonstrate good customer service when engaging with tenants Previous maintenance/residential carpentry experience The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills Positive attitude Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes Attention to safe work practices Strong work ethic Requirements Drivers li...
