What You’ll Do
As a QIDP, you’ll play a key role in helping people achieve their goals and live with dignity, choice, and independence. You will:

+ Partner with people supported using a strengths-based, rights-focused approach to understand their goals, interests, and needs

+ Lead the development and ongoing management of Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) that truly reflect each individual’s voice
