Your new role

As a Qualified or Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide targeted support to students, including 1:1 and small‑group work

Deliver pre‑planned learning activities and interventions under teacher direction

Support students with additional needs, including SEND and behavioural support

Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting engagement in learning

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to raise attainment and progress
