Qualitative Project Assistant (French speaking) – M3 Global Research, Madrid, Spain.

This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on coordinating qualitative research projects and supporting the Project Manager to ensure delivery in line with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit respondents in French, including panel and other sources.
• Confirm and re‑screen respondents that participated in online screeners.
• Finalize internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets.
• Manage vendors and freelancers assigned to projects and ensure client expectations are met.
• Check vendor deliverables for quality and negotiate costs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with freelancers and vendors.
• Liaise with clients on behalf of Project Managers as needed.
