Job Description:

• Scheduling and planning internal and external audits across all AHM approval areas (AMO, CAMO, DOA, MTO, ATO)
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely availability of records, personnel and facilities for audits and inspections.
• Act as liaison between Quality & Aviation Safety team and operational departments for audit preparation and response coordination.
• Establish and maintain a Certifying Staff database inclusive of qualification, experience and training records. Ensure the training records are regularly updated.
• Prepare company approval certificates for successful applicants and issue approval stamps accordingly as well as ensuring accurate records.
• Support in tracking open findings, corrective actions and verifying closure evidence, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain a register of all publications issued to the Quality Department and ensure currency of all manuals.
