Salary: Up to 34K but open salary negotiation

Responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales calls and transactions to ensure compliance with quality standards, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines. Provides actionable feedback, conducts calibration sessions, analyzes performance trends, and supports continuous improvement to enhance sales effectiveness, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

2 - 4 years of overall experience with 1-2 year experience in providing quality monitoring feedbacks in call centre sales domain
