**Job Description**

**Role Responsibilities:-**

+ Review post-closing loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
+ Identify and document exceptions related to missing or incorrect documentation
+ Research and resolve exceptions using internal systems and documentation
+ Validate collateral documentation and confirm proper perfection requirements
+ Communicate exception status and required actions to business line partners
